Job Description:

Something Silver is seeking highly motivated and experienced Sales Associates to join our team. Our Sales Associates play a key role in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring operational efficiency at Something Silver.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional service to every guest.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to guests.
• Drive sales by achieving daily goals in a highly collaborative selling environment.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively, while maintaining composure under pressure.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and display merchandise according to company standards.
• Secure and manage store inventory levels.

We’re hiring both full and part-time positions.

Part-time, 10-20 hours per week with open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Full-time, 32-40 hours per week with open availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
