As a Bluemercury ASM you drive sales and optimize customer service throughout your client interactions while building relationships. You are a beauty advocate who consistently role models a best-in-class service experience by assisting our clients and meeting their beauty needs and by empowering your team to exceed clients’ expectations. Your keen awareness of current trends and ability to connect with others makes you an essential colleague on the Bluemercury team.
Qualifications

- Passion for beauty and staying updated with the latest trends and products.

- Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- 1-2 years of retail supervisory experience is required, beauty industry preferred.
- Advanced authority and expertise in a specific brand is preferred.
