Oiselle | Strong Sundays

Join us for a fun 3 week winter workout series! Each Sunday will kick off with a fun 3 mile run and then followed by a 20-30 minute body workout lead by Bethany. A yoga mat or towel is recommended, but not required for the workout. Classes are open to all fitness levels and free of charge. We hope to see you there.
